Abstracts

Approximately 20 slots are available for contributed talks (15 min incl. questions). We specifically encourage young scientists in the areas of the conference to submit an abstract for an oral presentation.

Submission Guidelines

• The abstract submission deadline for oral presentations is May 31, 2017.
• Abstracts should be submitted together with the registration for the conference.
• Registration and submission of poster abstracts will remain open until Sept 30, 2017. Late abstracts will not be considered for oral presentations.
• The abstract title is limited to 150 characters, the abstract text to 300 words.
• It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that all co-authors are informed about abstract submission.
• Each abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Advisory Board. Notifications of acceptance will be sent before July 15, 2017.
